Each custom creation is unique in grain and detail due to the natural product used by our curators. Once a proof has been approved and payment has been received no refunds will be available. We strive to provide quality one of a kind products that cannot be mimicked or replaced. We look forward to working with each customer to provide excellent service from the beginning.
1:ORDERS
Welcome to 6S by Design and thank you for the opportunity to create your custom product. Orders in person or online are will be created when customization options are approved by the purchasing agent. Standard forms are generally used for customization, but we love new projects! Please let us know if you have an idea outside the box online ordering allows. We are here to create! We look forward to being part of your success, by Design.
2:SHIPPING
Flat Shipping rates will be calculated prior to purchase completion. Rates are variable depending on FED EX or UPS rates as well as individual preference. Rush orders are available and are subject to shipping cost calculated by outside provider.
Sending a Gift? We love gifts! Let us handle the details. Gift shipping with a personal note card is available. At checkout, just choose the gift option and provide details prior to check out. Don't worry, you'll be notified when packages ships so you can be aware of anticipated arrival at the final destination.

Let us know if you are interested in creating a gift package. Some available ideas are Barware with custom bar board or Charcuterie Board with matching cheese knife and markers. Check out our Gift set collection for new and seasonal ideas. Gift collections include custom packaging for a special creation that is sure to be admired.

Generally returns and refunds are unavailable on custom pieces. All sales are final on custom orders when proof has been confirmed and payment has been completed. No custom orders will be sold without customer approval and payment prior to creation of individual product.
